OBJECTIVES
(I) To
explode the myth that Nigeria is an artificial creation and a nation of
incompatibles by making a visual study of Nigerian cultures and inter-group
linkages.
(II) To
explore similarities and differences in the way of life of various Nigeria cultural groups and thus deepen our understanding of those cultures.
(III) In
exploring similarities and differences in Nigerian cultures, to reflect changes
from what was, to what is, and highlight the factor of dynamic change in the
evolving Nigerian culture.
(IV) In
presenting visually the similarities of approach of life among various Nigerian
Cultural groups, to examine what extent a “Nigerian Culture” may be said to be
evolving.
